Every dish is crafted to meet Level 4 of The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) and Care Food guidelines.

In addition to offering IDDSI 4 GENTLEMEAL dim sum platters, the restaurant also serves five Care Food dishes across different IDDSI levels to cater to varying degrees of swallowing and chewing difficulties.
Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to meet specific texture, consistency, and softness requirements—while preserving the original taste, aroma, and appearance—so diners can enjoy their meals with peace of mind and share joyful moments at the table with family.
